This morning saw the publication of a report by the Independent Commission for Equity in Cricket (ICEC).
Central Sparks have welcomed the publication of a report by the ICEC and vowes to continue contributing to making the game wholly accessible to all. To view the report please click here.
The ICEC, which is independent from the ECB, was set up in March 2021 to evaluate the state of equity in the game of cricket in the UK. It was created to examine discrimination and inequity where it exists and to identify opportunities to tackle its issues.
There is plenty of things within the report to digest, it is a comprehensive review and like all in the sport, Sparks welcome the findings and will take measures to playing a part in continuing to make cricket the most inclusive game in England and Wales.
If you have any queries or concerns, report to us via email, email@example.com. Alternatively, contact the ECB (England Cricket Board).
