Central Sparks are recruiting for a Strength & Conditioning Lead Coach.
The successful candidate will work under the Head of Science & Medicine and lead the Strength & Conditioning provision for Central Sparks. The priority for the role will be overseeing the journey of talented female cricketers to high level, consistent performers.
Reporting to the Head of Sports Science & Medicine, the successful candidate will be a key member of the Sports Science & Medicine team, leading the strategy for all areas of physical preparation and performance of the Central Sparks pathway. They will shape and implement their delivery to ensure performance impact for Central Sparks.
